Description

Excellent designed silverplate serving spoon. The bowl has a branch with leaves that appear to be by a berry with a couple of berries portrayed along with the leaves. The handle is even better with a woman in a dressing gown or a robe after bathing, partially nude or near so. The lower third has a group of flowers and leaves, with sort of a medallion directly in the middle which is also on the backside of the spoon. The back of the spoons bowl has 5 impressed dents that ads to the front of the bowl. 8 1/2 inches in length. I have gone through Replacements with no success. Spoon was produced by 1847 Rogers Bros., and all of the silverplate, no luck there.
